‘Dancing With the Stars’ Getting New Judging Panel?
ABC has confirmed that the next season of Dancing With the Stars will have a new format, with the Tuesday elimination episode being eliminated. But is the judging panel up next on the chopping block?
A source told the New York Post that while Bruno Tonioli will return to the show, it’s unlikely that Carrie Ann Inaba and Len Goodman will be asked back.
“No-one has a confirmed contract yet,” a source claimed. “I think Bruno [Tonioli] will be back, but Carrie Ann [Inaba] and Len [Goodman] are probably gone. The network has been very evasive about it.”

The same source also said that pro dancers like Derek Hough, Mark Ballas and Cheryl Burke will not be returning after the format changes.
However, a conflicting source told E! that no decisions have been made….yet.
“It’s true no-one is locked in under contract yet, but that’s not necessarily unusual at this stage,” the second source told reporters. “Nothing has been decided yet about next season. There definitely will be format changes and it’s possible there may be some casting changes but those discussions are just beginning.”
Adding, “The producers will take a break and then start discussions about what the fall will look like.”
DWTS will return in September.
