The last will of the King Of Pop was signed on July 7, 2002, just a few months after the birth of his third child, Prince Michael Jackson II aka Blanket, and filed yesterday (July 1, 2009) in a Los Angeles court (document below).

Michael Jackson’s estate estimated at more than $500 million at that time is given to the Michael Jackson Family Trust and cutting off his father, Joe Jackson, and ex-wife and mother of his two oldest kids, Debbie Rowe.

Michael writes in his last will: “Except as otherwise provided in this Will or in the Trust hereof, I have intentionally omitted to provide for my heirs. I have intentionally omitted to provide for my former wife, Deborah Jean Rowe.”

Michael left the custody of his children to his mother Katherine Jackson and Diana Ross is pointed as guardian if is 79 year-old mother is unable or unwilling to take care of them. Katherine had already been granted temporary custody of Prince, Paris and Blanket.
