She just turned 17 last week and she has a tattoo under her breast of all places for Pete’s sake!

Isn’t it a bit too soon for a girl like Miley to get inked!?! Where were her parents when this happened? We just seriously hope she doesn’t turn into Trace Cyrus! According to Gossip Teen, the tattoo that appears to say “Just Breathe” (photos) may have originally read “Justin Gaston” and may have been done while Miley was still dating her illegally hot underwear model, Justin Gaston (read more details here).

UPDATE: The legal age to get a tattoo in the US is 18 years old but Miley should have gotten a written permission from her parents.
