Actor/singer Jesse McCartney reportedly has nude photos of himself in a bed with only a candy G-sting covering his genitals but he is taking action and threatening to sue everyone and anyone who publishes nude pictures of himself or even nude photos that look like him.

Jesse must have been taking notes from Tiger Woods. McCartney’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, sent a cease and desist letter to several websites, claiming “a person is attempting to circulate a nude photo which purports to be Mr. McCartney.” She goes on, “McCartney was unaware of the taking of this alleged photo, did not knowingly participate in the taking of this photo, and certainly did not consent to the taking of such photo.”

It seems like a bitter ex-girlfriend is trying to get back at Jesse for breaking up with her. According to the 22 year-old singer’s lawyer, the photos appear to have been “manipulated and doctored by computer software.” Yeah! Sure!
