Actress Lindsay Lohan is in big trouble after her SCRAM bracelet allegedly generated an alcohol report between Sunday night and Monday morning after she attended the 2010 MTV Movie Awards (red carpet pictures here). Lindsay probably hit the after-party and could not control the urge to drink something to relax.

Lindsay’s SCRAM did not go off as initially reported – it doesn’t make any sound and lights signal, but it simply sends a report by a data download. What could have cause the violation report? A positive alcohol reading or a cut strap.

Lindsay tweeted, “My scram wasn’t set off. My scram wasn’t set off-Its physically impossible considering I’ve nothing for it to go off-All of these false reports are absolutely wrong. This is all because of a FALSE accusation by tabloids& paparazzi& it is f**king disgusting- I’ve been more than I’m compliance &feeling great.”
Judge Marsha Revel and Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, are holding an emergency meeting to discuss the possible SCRAM violation at 3pm PT on Tuesday (June 8). Sources reveal Lindsay did not drink alcohol during the after-party.
