Jamie Foxx Head Covered In Tattoos (PHOTOS)

Oscar-winning actor Jamie Foxx completely lost it. The 42 year-old, who already had a tattoo on the back of his head, decided to cover it up completely with more tattoos (more pictures below). Insane! Ouch! It must hurt! There is good news: the hair can grow back and covers all those hideous tattoos.
