Paris was released without posting bail, which means the amount of cocaine was small and there is no proof the drug was really hers and not someone else’s. In fact, Paris is claiming the purse, in which the cocaine was found, was not even hers.

The heroic boyfriend, Cy Waits, was also arrested and booked for DUI. Paris was the only woman in the car, so the purse had to be hers unless it was switched at the club they had been partying at before they were pulled over by the cops.

Paris is an extremely unlucky girl, or a big lucky one. The “drugs aren’t mine” was the same defense Paris used when she was caught with pot at a World Cup stadium in South Africa. Paris’ BFF, Jennifer Rovero, told the cops the pot was hers and charges were dropped against the heiress.
