In an interview for Access Hollywood as the new Global Ambassador of Herbal Essences, Nicole, who proved to be an awful mentor and even worse judge, complains about doing her best on the show, which was clearly not enough to keep her employed.

Nicole said, “Well, all I know is that I gave 110 percent to that show. I know everybody’s talking about it, they’re saying good, bad, they love me or hate me, but the one thing you can’t say is that I didn’t give it my all.”

“I had a wonderful experience on the show,” she continued. “I loved being a part of my ‘X Factor’ family. Nothing could obviously prepare me for everything I had to go through, all the emotions and stuff, but I have no regrets. I’ve always believed in never looking back and just moving forward and I’ve got an amazing year to look forward to.”

If you followed the first season of “The X Factor,” you obviously do not need an explanation as to why Nicole (or even Paula Abdul) was fired. It was painful to hear the former Pussycat Doll praise the most terrible performances, not to mention her incomprehensible bad judgment (cue to Rachel Crow‘s elimination).

The 33 year-old former Pussycat Doll revealed that her secrets to stay in shape are: keep a healthy diet, eat everything in moderation and exercise, exercise, exercise. Nicole also claims she eats a lot and could never starve herself to maintain her hot body.
