Actress Demi Moore has reportedly checked herself into rehab at the infamous Cirque Lodge rehabilitation center in Sundance, Utah, right after she was hospitalized with seizure-like symptoms last month (on January 23).

The 49 year-old actress is currently being treated for an eating disorder as well as addiction issues. “She’s on total lockdown and only talking to a small group of people,” a source said. “It became clear to her that her way of coping with her stress was not working and she needed more help.”

Michael Lohan’s former girlfriend, Kate Major, has voluntarily decided to check herself into a rehab center in Boca Raton, Florida to seek treatment for alcohol abuse. Kate is expected to complete a 90 day rehabilitation program.

Kate, who was allegedly a victim of domestic abuse and recently filed for a restraining order against Lindsay Lohan’s daddy, made the decision to get help after she was arrested in a drunken plane fights a few weeks ago.

Actor Seann William Scott, best known for his role as Steve Stifler in the “American Pie” series, officially announced he decided to enter a treatment facility for health and personal issues.

The 34 year-old actor’s rep said in a statement: “Seann William Scott has voluntarily admitted himself for proactive treatment to address health and personal issues. He appreciates the support of his many fans at this time.”

The health and personal issues for which Seann is being treated were not disclosed. This usually means some problems with drugs, prescription drugs or depression. Fortunately, Seann is smart and strong enough to realize he needed help before it got out of control.

Demi Lovato is shining brighter than ever following treatment for her issues.

The 18-year-old checked into rehab for some issues she was battling — mostly anger — after she got into an altercation with backup dancer Alex Welch last year.

A source close to Demi says she’s focused on keeping herself new and improved. The source told PEOPLE:

“She will continue to see doctors in L.A. who will help her work on the issues she confronted in treatment,”

“For now, she is getting back to her regular routine and spending time with her family and close friends. She is so grateful to all of her fans for their support, and looks forward to being able to talk to all of them very soon.”

“Demi will continue to focus first and foremost on her well-being.”

That’s great news! She’s still young enough to tackle inner issues and she did it successfully, so that can never be a bad thing.

Demi herself took to Facebook earlier this month to thank those who stuck by her during these hard times.

She said:

“I want to make sure my fans know how thankful I am for all their love, support and prayers during this difficult time,”

“Thank you for standing beside me through it all.”

Former Dancing With The Stars contestant Aaron Carter, best known as the younger brother of Backstreet Boy Nick Carter, had decided to finally get some professional help and check into a private Southern California rehab center.

Aaron’s manager Johnny Wright told E! exclusively:

“Several months ago Aaron came to me to help him return to music and to restart his career. He has been in Orlando working on a new album and perfecting his live show and his physical body. Aaron, understanding the challenges and hard work it would take to get himself back to the top, requested to take some time before we started to heal some emotional and spiritual issues he was dealing with. Therefore he has chosen to enter a facility where he feels he will get the guidance and cleansing he needs that will help him on the music journey he’s about to take. He asks that everyone keep him in their prayers and that they respect his privacy at this time.”

Aaron’s “emotional and spiritual issues” might have something to do with a recent allegedly false drug overdose rumor that spread quickly on Twitter last month. The 23 year-old also seemed to be pretty obsessed with working out the perfect body builder image.

It looks like troubled twenty-something actress Lindsay Lohan is going to be headed back to prison after failing a surprise drug test last week according to TMZ.

We’re told the court-mandated drug test in question occurred last week.  According to the terms of Lindsay’s probation, she will get 30 days in jail for a positive drug test.

Lohan’s people have denied it, naturally, but TMZ says they have it confirmed from pretty high up that she did in deed fail the test.

Lindsay served time in jail back in July for numerous run ins with the law. She was released into rehab, but lawyered her way to an early release from there as well.

Lindsay Lohan was serving a 90-day inpatient rehab treatment at UCLA Medical Center, but there’s a chance she may be making bail early.

She has only been in treatment since August 2nd.

This seems to be becoming a trend for her; Lindsay served only 13 days of her 90-day jail sentence before being transferred to the hospital.

In a hearing this Wednesday a new judge, Elden Fox, will revisit Lindsay’s sentence.

District Attorney spokeswoman Jane Robison told PEOPLE:

“There’s a possibility she could get out from inpatient treatment earlier than 90 days,”

“But where she might go depends on whatever the doctors recommend.”

So she might have to continue some sort of treatment?

Poor Hollywood stars just can’t catch a break. Oh….wait.

Less than one month after checking herself into Promises rehab center, Tara Reid has checked herself out.

“She checked out on Saturday,” says the source. “She’s doing well. The whole family is very positive about this being the new beginning for her.”

When the 33 year old actress and former wild child checked into the “rehab center”, her rep wouldn’t reveal the reason.

In an interview in October, Reid told PEOPLE she was a “social drinker” who enjoyed an occasional glass of wine with friends, but said that her partying days were over.

I just hope whatever was wrong with Tara has been mended so that she may move on with her life and marry her love, French fashion executive of J & Company Julien Jarmoune.

Tara Reid, off the celeb radar for a few weeks, has checked into rehab, at Promises in Malibu, according to her representative Jack Ketsoyan.

“Tara Reid has checked herself into Promises Treatment Center. We appreciate your respect to her and her family’s privacy at this time,” the actress’s rep Jack Ketsoyan tells PEOPLE.

The rep would not reveal what Reid, 33, is being treated for.

Promises is the same treatment center that Britney Spears spent several stints at back during her ‘bald’ phase.

Check one: drugs, alcohol, sex addiction, fledgling career.

A friend of the troubled actress says she headed to the treatment facility on Tuesday.

“Her friends and family are supportive of her decision,” says the friend. “She checked in herself – it was her decision.”

In all seriousness I hope that Reid can get her personal problems and addictions taken care of.  She has seemed like a troubled young lady since ‘Taradise‘ aired on E!

Jackass star Steve-O, Stephen Glover, is back in rehab after nearly four months staying clean according to a post on his MySpace blog.

The “Jackass” daredevil writes in his blog that after 115 days of sobriety, he is “back in the looney bin.” Steve-O, whose real names is Stephen Glover, told fans that he’s still struggling with the effects of the many drugs he’d taken over the years.

Glover didn’t indicate in the July 3 posting on MySpace where he was staying or for how long. His agent said Monday he would not comment on personal matters.

There is no telling all of the drugs and other things Steve-O has put into his body over the years.  Hopefully he can get control of his addictions and become a successful televangelist.
